Luciana is no stranger to humble beginnings. Born in Peru and raised in Miami, Florida, she and her family struggled to make ends meet.  After countless odd jobs, her parent’s stumbled on an opportunity to begin their real-estate investment ventures, which would later inspire Luciana to do the same.

At the young age of 18, while pursuing her Masters degree in Business Administration, she took a leap of faith and invested into her first rental property. As her passion for real estate grew, she continued to acquire properties; and in 2014, after a trip to Nashville, Tennessee, made the decision to expand her portfolio and create her company, Kingdom Homes.

Today, her focus is building and renovating properties, with an emphasis on fostering strong and lasting relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
